CANCELLATIONS: Here artistrybybrooklyn we have a 20% cancellation fee if you cancel your appointment 24 hours before that day. When you cancel your appointment last minute we are unable to fill this time resulting in loss for the business. NO SHOWS: With your appointment you do receive a text message and email 24 & 48 hours before your appointment. If you no show there is a 50% fee of that appointment that will be charged and we will require you to pay 50% of your next service before you can book again. RUNNING LATE: If you are running more then 10 minutes we will not have enough time to complete your treatment and therefore you will be charged a 50% no show fee.
